Misys General Insurance has revealed its new name and brand identity following the sale of the business to Montagu Private Equity. This happened amid the news that two members of the old management board have voluntarily left the company over an alleged equity split issue.

Both James Gamble, previously sales director and Steven James, previously product management director are known to have left the company in the last month, supposedly following a dispute over the 20% share of the equity from
