
NURS launches UK-wide service
Norwich Union Risk Services (NURS) has launched a national telephone service for its brokers and their customers. The service will aid brokers' customers with simple, risk-related queries regarding commercial businesses.
Ted Kenrick, technical services manager at NURS, said the launch followed a successful pilot earlier in the year: "Previously, we would have had to make an appointment to see a customer, and that would have taken up unnecessary time for both the broker and customer. The
