Xchanging, the process outsourcing and back-office service provider, has acquired RebusIS, the global insurance technology provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition forms a key part of Xchanging's attempt to expand into the global insurance market. RebusIS will form a separate business unit within the Xchanging Group under the continued leadership of Robert Gogel, chief executive, and his executive team. The combined group will have revenues of $360m and will employ 1,800 people in the
