The insurance industry could face lower personal injury claims costs, as well as a more stable environment, following plans for a reform of the claims process.
The Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) has published its long-awaited consultation paper, Case track limits and the claims process for personal injury claims, which considered the arguments for and against raising the small claims track limit in relation to personal injury cases.
