ICCM provides Admiral with e-Service Desk

ICCM, a total service management solutions supplier, has provided Admiral with its e-Service Desk. Its Engineer Access Portal will now allow Admiral's engineers to log, track, update and resolve their own calls. Endsleigh Insurance and Hiscox also use ICCM's e-Service Desk.
