Sabio has implemented a speech-based project for Homeserve Claims Management. The project combines advanced speech technology from Nuance and VoiceObjects for Homeserve's contractor job update line. The solution aims to significantly reduce the time that the firm's claims handlers need to spend chasing up contractors for information by allowing Homeserve's independent contractors to call in and leave regular updates on job status.
