
ClaimWatch moves into the insurance sector
Its latest version, V2.7, will focuse on the way bodyshops communicate, and ClaimWatch is certain that it will appeal to insurers and other work providers who will be able to see just how effectively their bodyshop network loads repair work and communicates with policyholders. Several insurers and claims management companies are already using ClaimWatch across their entire networks, and trials are currently underway with a number of others.
