R3: acquire military travel and holiday specialist
The R3: Group has completed the acquisition of the Forces Travel business and plans are underway to integrate the company with Forces Financial, R3’s specialist UK Police and Armed Forces insurance and financial services division.
Forces Travel provides travel and holidays to the Services both in the UK and overseas, and its acquisition will continue R3:’s growth strategy in the affinity sector.
According to R3:, the synergies between Forces Travel and Forces Financial will also enable the Group’s key objectives to accelerate growth. In addition, existing affinity markets within the R3 Group will also be offered access the new travel capability.
