Alan & Thomas Insurance Brokers have acquired the goodwill and assets of Dorset-based Douglas King Insurance Services.
Julian Boughton, managing director of Alan & Thomas said: "I would like to welcome Richard Dear and his team on board and we all look forward to working with them in the development of the business.
