Fareham to be hardest hit by Zurich job losses
Zurich’s UK General Insurance business has today provided further detail on its recently-announced redundancies.
Zurich’s UK ceo, Guy Munnoch, announced that the redundancies were part of a review of the business which would consider the future of people, premises, processes and technology, in a bid to improve efficiency and reduce expenses, which he claimed would position the business for growth.
As a result, Zurich has confirmed that approximately 870 roles will go from its 5300 strong UK general insurance and shared services teams. However due to vacancies, the insurer has estimated that the total
