Business as usual despite credit crunch says Focus Solutions’ survey

44% of financial services institutions said that it was business as usual and that the current economic climate has had no effect on their business, according to a survey conducted by Focus Solutions at their focus:360° launch event and industry briefing. Although, organisations still have key challenges to overcome, it was good news for nearly half of all respondents, who had felt no adverse affects from the current economic climate.

It was also good news for advisers and consumers whose experience of the financial advice process was placed as more important to financial services institutions than reducing new business processing and administration costs, when asked about the essential features of a new technology solution.
