MoJ decision means faster claims process says law firm

After a year of contemplation, the Ministry of Justice has finally published its response to the consultation on revisions to personal injury claims. The changes affect all personal injury litigation, uninsured loss recovery claims, credit hire and most other civil litigation.

Jonathan White, an associate and personal injury specialist at Midlands' law firm Harvey Ingram, has been following developments closely.

He said: "The government's findings have enormous implications for fleet operators, insurers, trade unions, insurance brokers, accident management firms and lawyers."
