Broker Network Acquires Member Firm
Broker Network has acquired commercial insurance brokers George Williams Insurance Services, the twenty-second acquisition to be made by the Group.
George Williams, based in Denbigh, has been a member of Broker Network for three years. The Company will be purchased in line with the Group’s proven acquisition strategy. George Williams will join Broker Network Insurance Brokers (“BNIB”), the Group’s UK wide retail operation. The Company will retain its brand identity, premises and staff.
