The latest findings from the Axa Business Crime Index have shown a 20% increase on last year in the number of crime-related insurance claims made by companies in 2006.
The index, based on Axa's own data, revealed that business crime claims increased by 6% in the last quarter of 2006, and that the number of claims for violent and forced entries more than doubled.
