As the pet insurance market has developed, so has the choice of policies available to consumers - but so too has the level of confusion involved in choosing a product. Jane Bernstein says that insurers need to be upfront about what is and is not covered
The pet insurance sector has developed relatively quickly in recent years. It has seen the emergence of new providers, as well as new launches from established insurers. However, some question whether the array of products available has actually confused customers.
