There is no doubt that this case cries out for an experienced loss adjuster - it throws up almost as many questions as answers. Without the precise wording of the policy and the basis of cover, it's difficult to give more than general guidelines, but let's assume that the loss and its cause are largely covered under the terms of the original policy.
