Tibco Software has launched the new Tibco business process management (BPM) solution - Tibco Claims Management Framework v.2 - developed to improve process efficiencies within the insurance industry. The new solution is tailored to help insurers tackle the dual challenge of reducing costs in their claims operations while at the same time improving the service they deliver to their customers. According to the software supplier it does this by providing a streamlined performance.
