Open GI launches a new Enhance Support Service

Open GI has launched a new Enhanced Support Service for brokers that wish to outsource the administration of their IT system. The service is a secure partnership that provides upgrades, diagnostics and support remotely from the Open GI headquarters in Worcester. Open GI will also provide support staff, who, in addition to answering technical queries, will perform daily monitoring of critical system processes.
