Staff: 26

Specialisms: 80% commercial 20% personal lines

Locations: Nuneaton, Coventry, Sheffield

When was the business set up?

I bought Needham in 2001 from a retiring insurance broker. They’d been based in Coventry since 1972. Over the past 20-odd years we’ve transformed it from a personal lines broker doing no commercial insurance to 80% commercial and 20% personal lines. We haven’t changed the name.
