UK brokers and MGAs rebranded ‘to drive scale’
HW Kaufman Group has unveiled plans to consolidate its broking and underwriting brands outside of North America.
As part of the move, Kaufman will launch London-based Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions, a new business unit that, through 2025, will comprise a non-marine group, formerly known as Chesterfield Insurance Brokers, and a marine group operating as Lochain Patrick, a division of Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions. The brokers were acquired in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
