Whilst reflecting on claims trends and looking at potential issues on the horizon, we must consider what this means for businesses in practice. What can we, as Insurers, do to support businesses right now to help lessen the impact of future incidents, or in fact prevent them altogether? There’s plenty we can do. 

Our own response was based on increasing accessibility to our expertise throughout the pandemic. Our focus was to provide timely and relevant advice both physically, where possible
