Biba renews call for Government action on spiralling motor insurance costs

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has again called on the Government to implement an eight point plan to reduce the spiralling cost of motor insurance.

The trade body submitted its plan to Transport Minister, Mike Penning MP, ahead of his appearance at today's Transport Select Committee inquiry second evidence session.

The second session follows the initial one in November at which Graeme Trudgill, Biba's head of corporate affairs, answered questions on Biba's eight point plan.
