Has Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation made brokers more technologically advanced or were they already becoming so?
Paul M: I'd say the answer's yes and no. I think FSA regulation has made brokers look at every aspect of their business, like training, recruitment and technology. Some brokers have used their technology and decided they needed to exploit what they've got. Others have realised technology is the least of their problems when it comes to regulation and have backed off from
