FCA reveals green sweep for broker-related authorisations
The Financial Conduct Authority achieved across the board success in its broker-related authorisation categories between July and September, its first ‘green sweep’ in the data series.
The watchdog hit its targets in both approved persons categories, for new firm authorisations, on variations of permission and for change in control.
New firm authorisations was the area with the improvement having been stubbornly in the amber zone for years.
