Greystoke Legal Services, a division of independent intermediaryHanover Park, is launching a conditional fee insurance product. The new
policy, Conditional Fee Assist, targets solicitors operating under
conditional fee agreements - also known as no win, no fee arrangements.
Underwritten by Das and NIG, the policy includes cover for the shortfall
of damages and staged premiums that reflect the risk of losing the legal
battle.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
