Independent Lloyd's broker Holman's has moved its Wickford operation into its city offices.The household underwriting operations have joined the brokers' other operations - motor fleet, liability, extended warranty, marine and professional indemnity. The administrative departments of claims, policy and accounts relocated to London in 2001. Holman's hopes the move will help improve service levels to its 5000 broker partners.
