Axa withdraws personal lines business from Westinsure

Axa has confirmed that its personal lines intermediary business has exited the Westinsure broker network and that all preferential commission rates for that book have ceased.

The decision was made following a formal review of the personal lines business that the insurer was deriving from Westinsure. The decision was made in February this year but it has taken six months for Axa to run off the enhanced commission business.
