UnumProvident has appointed Dr Peter Dewis to the newly created roleof director of customer care after two years as chief medical officer. Hewill lead the recently formed Customer Care division, which will combinebenefits, medical and rehabilitation services. The income protectionprovider has also appointed Mark Williams as head of the legal department,advising on all issues including insurance, company law and litigation.
