RBS firm in dispute with garage over payment delay

A repair garage has slammed UK Assistance, a trading division of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), for its poor service standards over a two-year period.

Andrea Green, a partner at small repair garage SG Auto-Body Repairs, said that in almost every case involving UK Assistance, the garage struggled to get paid once it had submitted a repair invoice.
