In his first major interview since taking over NIG last year, Charles Crawford talks to Michelle Worvell about his vision for the future, relationships with brokers and looming FSA regulation
Charles Crawford has only been in the role of managing director of broker-focused insurer NIG for 11 months, but what a busy period this has been.
