NIG Skandia's recent acquisition of Hibernian UK will result in 75redundancies over the next 18 months. Peter Aldersey, managing director of
Hibernian and Keith Tribe, director and commercial lines at Hibernian,
will also be leaving the company.
The Swedish-owned insurer will be keeping open Hibernian's London head
office, Portsoken House, as reported in PB last month (p3). However, NIG
will be shutting its two Home Counties offices and Hibernian's London and
eastern branches and transferring all
