Today I actually got through to the Norwich Union after persevering for
over 15 minutes listening to a lady telling me to hang on as they wanted
to hear from me.


They must have improved BT's profits tremendously over the past 12
months.


Why can't they do as the CGU and tell you they are busy and try again
later at no cost to you?
