St Paul International has appointed Gordon Tulloch (above) to theposition of regional underwriter, as part of plans to expand its business
in Scotland. Mr Tulloch will provide local representation in Glasgow to
ensure high levels of service to Scottish brokers. He joins from Guardian
Insurance where he spent 11 years in commercial insurance.
