Just 10% of companies with motor fleets advise their staff on careful
driving, according to a survey of over 500 companies by Pay Magazine.

However, the survey did find that 15% of companies offer safety advice to
female drivers, and 5% show employees how to diffuse a road rage
situation.

The report said driver training has helped to bring down the cost of
insurance - 32% of companies this year, against 20% in 1998 reported a
fall in premiums.
