NIG Skandia has announced the first winners of its employee rewardand recognition programme, Going the Extra Mile. Employees who are
nominated by brokers or colleagues for delivering extraordinary service
can receive one of three awards: excellence, achievement or performance.
The winners are Brian Bermingham, customer care supervisor; Trevor Davey,
account executive; Sue King, section head, credit; Stuart Lanham,
marketing communications manager; and Adrian Missen, regional underwriting
manager.
