Royal & SunAlliance has relaunched its property owners cover.


Originally launched in 1997, the enhanced wording includes contract works
cover up to £25,000, the limit for alterations or additions to
newly-acquired property up to £2.5m has been increased and there are also
higher limits on the engineering section.


The product is supported by PORTIA (Property Owners Record Transaction and
Insurance Administration) - an IT system offering quotations, and
administration support.
