lost capacity - some brokers now have between 30% and 40% of their
business with us. We have to be very careful not to stumble on competition
laws. We take advice on every aspect in case we inadvertently stumble over
the line."

Brokers upbeat on 2024 growth – Aviva

Brokers are more optimistic about growth in the coming year than they have been since before 2020, according to Aviva, with 83% expecting their business to grow compared to 76% last year.

ABI records 3% home premiums rise in Q1

Average home insurance premiums for buildings and contents cover rose by 3% to £375 in the first quarter of this year, pushing the year-on-year rise up to 19%, according to the Association of British Insurers.
