Brokers remain offline 11 days after SSP outage

Brokers still unsure when they will be able to work and reports suggest SSP has suffered a further glitch.

Some brokers using the SSP Pure system are still not able to work following the power outage on 26 August.

Richard Stevens, principal at Trelawney Insurance Solutions, told Insurance Age today (6 September) that he was still not back up and running and that SSP had told him another glitch had set them back further in their efforts to reinstate services.
