UKGI rebrands commercial division

Commercial arm relaunched as One Commercial in order to underline focus on regional independent brokers.

UK General Insurance has relaunched and rebranded its commercial business as One Commercial from today.

Managing director, Mike Keating, who is set to head up One Commercial, said the move would "give us a real identity and resonate with the brokers who deal with us".

He reiterated UKGI's strategy of dealing only with regional independent brokers and said it was looking to consolidate relationships with the 350 brokers it works with.

Keating refused to comment on the suggestion that the move
