Marco Capital sails in to buy MGA incubator parent Pro Global

Deal

Marco Capital, the property and casualty legacy consolidator and parent of insurance services group PoloWorks, has signed up to buy Pro Global.

Pro Global, led by former RSA and Zurich boss Steve Lewis, includes managing general agent incubator subsidiary, Pro MGA. The firm is an adviser to the insurance sector across brokers, insurers, reinsurers, MGAs and delegated business.

According to the buyer, taking over Pro Global represents “a significant milestone” in its strategy to build “an integrated legacy insurance and market-leading insurance services group”.
