Crowe Syndicate 963, part of the Crowe Insurance Group, has appointedTony Chapman as claims manager and Andy Smith as assistant claims
manager.
Both will be based at the Bristol office. Mr Chapman was previously at
United Friendly General Insurance where he was motor claims manager. Mr
Smith joins from AA Insurance Services having been a supervisor in the
Cardiff private car claims department. Paul Singleton has been made group
resources manager and will be responsible for co-ordinating and
