Eastgate Assistance has launched the first in a range ofafter-the-event legal expenses policies under the banner of Eastgate Fee
Guard.
Personal Injury Indemnity has been developed to be used in conjunction
with a conditional fee arrangement. It protects against a client losing
their court case and being ordered to pay their opponent's costs and
disbursements.
The policy consists of four elements: indemnity cover, disbursement
funding, medical reports and personal injury counselling service.
