Crowe Insurance is targeting fleet operators with the launch of alitigation policy called Fleet Legal.
The product offers policyholders access to a 24-hour assistance line
provided by Pellys, a law firm specialising in the transport industry.
The service is aimed at hauliers and bus and coach operators and costs £55
for 12 months cover.
As well as the helpline, Fleet Legal will provide a legal health check and
representation by Pellys at public enquiries and disciplinary
hearings.
