SSP Pure – lessons to be learned

The recent problems with the SSP Pure Software as a Service (SaaS) platform have caused enormous disruption to those businesses who depended on its availability. Increasingly, the insurance press has been full of brokers expressing their anger and frustration that this could have happened in the first place and remain unresolved for so long.
