SSP CEO says glitch has been "difficult and frustrating"

Software house says some customers are still experiencing intermittent problems with Microsoft Outlook.

SSP group CEO Laurence Walker said the company is "closely monitoring the situation" after brokers have been experiencing connectivity issues to its data centre.

Yesterday (14 November), brokers on SSP encountered another system failure affecting its Pure Broking platform.

Users have suffered patchy services since Thursday. These followed the original outage, which left 306 brokers offline for as long as three weeks from 26 August.

Frustrating
Walker said in a statement that the company
