SSP tries to restore service in alternate site
Software house said it was focusing on completing the unpacking of data as quickly as possible.
SSP has informed users that it is moving its service to an alternate site in West London instead of its Solihull Data Centre.
In a statement seen by Insurance Age, Laurence Walker group chief executive confirmed the decision late on Sunday evening.
He reported that technicians had unpacked the backup data for approximately 50% of customers and that work continued to complete this task.
