Aviva shrinks roles of leading adjusters after broker advice
The roles of the UK's two largest loss adjusters have been cut on Aviva's commercial and specialist property adjuster panels following broker feedback, it has emerged.
Cunningham Lindsey and Crawford have both seen their sway diminish in favour of smaller firms, sister title Post has uncovered.
A memo sent to Aviva's brokers on 8 July has revealed that the biggest winners are VRS Vericlaim, Questgates and Woodgate & Clark, who have all assumed positions on both the commercial and corporate and speciality panels alongside Cunningham.
In the memo, Caroline Cooper, Aviva director of claims, stated: "Brokers have told us that we need to work with more loss
