esure reshuffles board
esure Group Holdings - parent company of esure and Sheilas’ Wheels – has added Anne Richards, chief investment officer at Aberdeen Asset Management to its board as a non-executive director.
Group finance director, Andrew Whitehouse, remains on the board becoming the company's first chief risk officer and Darren Ogden, currently head of finance, will join the board as chief finance officer.
Peter Wood, chairman of esure, commented: "These appointments will help esure to take full advantage of strategic opportunities that lie ahead.
