LAML to go into provisional liquidation
London Authorities Mutual is winding up its insurance-related affairs
London Authorities Mutual (LAML) is to go into provisional liquidation.
In a statement, the mutual said that despite government and opposition promises to change the legislation that disempowered LAML, provisional liquidators are to be appointed to wind up the insurance-related affairs of the organisation.
Charles Taylor, managers of the LAM, are following normal procedure by making a petition to the courts to appoint provisional liquidators.
