Carl Dray, partner and head of the personal injury team at NabarroNathanson in Sheffield, has been appointed to the Law Society's newreference group for multi-party actions, initially on a one-yearbasis.
The group will operate as a support network for the Law Society's civillitigation committee and assist when issues relating to multi-partyactions become high-profile - for instance, because of Governmentaction.
His appointment reflects his expertise in managing and conducting majorclass and group
